As a native of Lebanon County, Matt attended Northern
Lebanon High School. Shortly after graduating, Matt joined the
U.S. Marine Corps.
While enlisted, Matt served six years as an advanced diesel
mechanic, and was presented with multiple commendations and
awards. He earned the National Defense Service Medal, as well
as the Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal. Matt also served
the local community on numerous projects including the United
Veterans of Wars Pearl Harbor Day Ceremony, and participated
each year in the annual Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots
charity event. He was honorably discharged in 2001.
Matt now resides just over the Lebanon County border in Tower
City where he serves on the Tower City Revitalization
Committee. He currently spends his spare time renovating his
house, where he has made major structural and cosmetic
upgrades to the home.
Matt enjoys helping to educate buyers on the process of
purchasing their first home. He likes exploring the sometimes
“hidden potential” in starter homes, and isn’t afraid to get his
hands dirty.
