In 1976, V. Carl Gacono opened a real
estate branch office to serve the Lebanon
Valley and cater to the individual desires of
each customer. This branch was located
at the rear of 21 West Main Street, Annville,
in the first floor of a carriage house. The
current office at 50 West Main Street, was
purchased in 1978 to provide a better facility
for our real estate and insurance businesses.

In October 1984, V. Carl Gacono became the Broker of Record for Gacono Real
Estate and Insurance, marking the beginning of the Gacono Real Estate and
Insurance team. V. Carl was approached by the Prudential Real Estate franchise,
of which he became a member in December 1988. This partnership gives both
buyers and sellers the benefits of a well respected name in the community, along
with the recognition of an internationally known company.
In 1995, V. Carl Gacono's daughters, Mary Ann and Becky, took over management
of sales and business operations. V Carl has maintained his active real estate
license, and provides valuable mentoring and operations support. Mary Ann is
licensed as both a Real Estate broker and insurance agent, and Becky serves in
the capacity of Office Manager.
The Gacono family goals of attention to our clients and service to our community
remain our primary focus, and we look forward to many more successful years
fulfilling the needs of buyers and sellers in the greater Lebanon Valley Area.
